Is it normal to be out of a item like chicken tenders and still let the customer buy them and then make them cancel the order once they come to pick it up? Really should be calling the customer to say were out of a item before they waste there time

This location is always out of something. Especially, at dinner time. Try Fry's fried chicken, it's delicious.

They told me I couldn't order a small popcorn chicken but I could order large. They also said they didn't have enough dark meat for an ask dark meat order but I could order mixed anything. The management there needs help, Especially around dinner time
