Stopped in just now (Saturday 5:20pm) and ordered through the drive-thru. We were missing several items that we ordered and paid for (we checked the receipt to make sure we didn't accidentally forget or something). We tried to go inside to get it corrected but the doors were locked. The line for the drive-thru was really long and we didn't have time to go back through, so we just took the loss.

We showed up at 9:15 p.m. on a Friday night....6/24/22 and we placed an order for 8 sandwiches and 3 sides. The person working during that shift told us that they currently did not have any fountain drinks. She messed up our order and after the 4th time of repeating ourselves she asked if everything looked right on the screen.... **they don't even have a screen to look at** when we started to drive towards the window to pay she then told us that she was sorry that they currently do not have any chicken sandwiches..... **WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE THE LIGHTS ON AT THAT LOCATION????*** shut that location down and do not hire employees like that. It is too expensive to spend money on horrible service and it ruins the entire experience. When asked why they don't have chicken or any soda the woman at the window just kept smiling and saying sorry sir.... I even asked to speak to a manager and nobody was there to have a discussion. Chick-fil-A and KFC only from here on!

While the food was good, we were given the wrong order. We didn't want the food to go to waste so just ate it. When we just let them know that they gave the wrong food and why we didn't bring it up, barely got an apology with no offer to make it right. On my part, everything was done with utmost politeness.

This popeyes gets progressively worse every time we try to go here its awful. I understand there is a wait for blackened chicken, we wait everytime knowing. Its a 4 minute cook time. This time was the last we will go to this location. We waited over 10 minutes, with a car next to us who had been there for 15. Finally get our food to my chicken completely burned, stale biscuit and cold fries. I tried to call the "Tell us about your visit" number which was conveniently not working. No one answered at the location phone number, its too far to drive back... so needless to say, wasted money, and wasted time please teach employees how to cook the food here, and time management skills. They were NOT that busy. I've worked fast food before and i understand when its busy, but it wasn't. Its either laziness, or employees who just dont care.
