I live in the area of wetmore in la Cholla and my dog has gotten bit by something and the earliest veterinarian appointment was 4 days away so I had to get one of those e colors the cones and the best price was at the El Con Mall so I had to drive all the way over there but when I got there the staff was friendly the store was clean they had some good deals and I got what I needed

They didn't have enough cashiers one day while I was there. I was next in line and had all my stuff on the belt waiting. The cashier was helping someone rent one of their carpet machines and was going to be a while. Another cashier came out and said she could take me on another register. While I was loading up all my stuff, the cashier got all huffy and started to come over to tell me again to my face. The cashier at my register told her "She's coming. She's having to load up all her stuff." I was annoyed because it would've been easier for the cashier just to take over my register or take the next person in line. But nope. I was inconvenienced and huffed at by the cashier. Thanks for that.

Please be careful when you buy a pet. I wanted to surprise my daughter to get her a cat for her birthday. I went there to get a cat. There was a cat I wanted to get, but there was a problem with his right eye. it was redness around eye. We asked the lady about it. The lady told us not to worry the cat had a treatment everything is fine. it is just left over the treatment. She told that cat is fine nothing to worry.So I believed her. But each day the cat's eye got worse and worse. I am taking care of the cat, but It was not really good experience for me with Pet Smart. So please be careful do not believe everything they say.
