I won’t be going back. After Covid, I can excuse a lot of things. But this KFC was pathetic. The chicken was old (as though it had been stored under the warmers for too long) and was as dry as shoe leather, yet the skin was dripping with grease. The gravy for the potatoes was put in the bag UPSIDE DOWN and soaked through the bag. The tastiest item was the biscuits, we threw the rest of it out. A waste of nearly $40.

Manager was very RUDE and unprofessional. I ordered a 12 piece meal -no wings (guess what we got?) Practically ALL wings, along with no gravy and other miscellaneous. Manager stated that she was being nice and was going to give us 3 drumsticks for compensation. Manager Charmaine 11@ 6/5/22

Food was good. However, I believe most customers don't want to know that the drive-through staff person is going through a possible break in her relationship. 😳. She was carrying on a conversation with someone on her phone, all while attending customers. No welcome greeting, barely took time to take order, give total price, hand over change, receipt and food items. The workplace is not for taking or making personal phone calls, much less when you are actually attending customers.

Worst KFC I've been too. Ordered the Feeds 2 meal and right there it says crispy original or mix and I asked for mix and was told they can't mix it because it's a limited item.....I stated that the menu says and as I was still talking she interrupted me and said "don't argue with me" so I said Crispy but got original. I didn't receive my sides at almost 5$ a piece. Poor poor service. Won't go back to this one EVER
