Hello Larry: I've been transferring tapes since 1987 and you are the first person I've ever encountered that had this type of tape. I did a quick google search and found a place that has the equipment to transfer your tape. They are located in the UK and can be found at www.thegreatbear.net. Hope this is of some help to you.
