I sent the tube amplifier from my Wurlitzer 145B piano to Vintage Vibe for repair. When they received the amp it was very noisy and had an unknown amount of issues. My original contact was Tom, who helped thru the shipping info. He was great. After it was on the bench for repair, I communicated several times with James, who did the repair. Once again the communication was great and that was very important to me. When I received the amp back after repair I was knocked out at how neat and clean this amp looked. Incredible workmanship. After I installed the amp back in the Wurlitzer...wow..beautiful. I don't know what this amp sounded like new in 1965 but I'm sure it was probably near this. James and crew, I can't thank you enough for taking so much care of this amp. Customer service is alive and well at Vintage Vibe. Also, I bought a sustain pedal from VV as well. It is Perfect.
