I had been searching for years for a reputable local business who could transfer 60 hours of video tapes that were between 20 and 30 years old to a thumb drive. I didn't want to mail these out of state, because if they got lost, than I would be out all of these family memories. I saw on NextDoor that Video Express had a high number of favorable recommendations, so I called and met with the owner Michael. He provided me with a sample of one of my tapes and I was quite impressed, So I went ahead and had him complete the remaining tapes. Michael is very professional and personable and goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. He doesn't just copy the tapes, instead he edits the tapes to ensure that it is all quality. He is excellent in his communications, keeping me apprised of when he is starting the tape transfer process and when everything was completed. I would highly recommend Video Express' services and would definitely do business with them again!
