Can you go into your storage unit after the office is close

Yes you can if you have one of the units outside the gate. Unfortunately their claim of 24 access for these units us false though. I used my 24 access unit late at night to early in the am because that's what time worked for me. Unfortunately because I did so I started being harassed by the management here. Even had the cops called on me but the cops found I was doing nothing wrong, mgt said I was doing everything from living in my unit to dealing drugs, apparently they thought that because I had both black and Hispanic friends helping me move my stuff in and then occasionally helped me reorganize some of it. The office staff is nice but the upper management leaves quite alot to be desired. To date the mgr has harassed me, called cops , racially profiled my friends, and when nothing else worked to his satisfaction he locked me out of my unit . I never broke any written rules-& always payed my bill. I would not recommend facility anyone unless you want a big headache,

We have access to our units from 6 am to 5 pm. That's it. It sucks.
