Absolutely crookes. Rented a 5x5 site unseen then drove from Texas to Arizona in 17 hours. When I arrived my new place had storage room for me. Went to the office less than 48 hours after I rented this online only to be told no refunds. Their was a $25 processing fee plus a $80 first month fee paid upfront. The manager has no say in the matter. Home office in New York makes the call. NO REFUND. The manager said the place keeps getting new ownership and all the care about is the shareholders. Of course I’ve emailed corporate office and have not heard back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sincerely , a ripped of customer.

I got a great deal for a 10x12 space with them and it was available when I needed it the most. They provided a private gate code for me. Storage Kings has a secure location and it's near to me and has great deals online.
