You need a uniform if you play in the summertime basketball tournament which is every year. For a pickup game you don't need one.
I had already complied ten days before. However, having a good place for tourists light area , good infrastructure, broad parking, shine board, many high rise bldgs etc. seem excellent darklight observed good scenery for enjoy NY.
