Park sounds travels up into my apt.. I know that children are only children wanting to play and have fun. Is it possible to ask parents and guardians to supervise children's play time and request kids be asked not to scream loudly?

Not really. Gazebo is covered but not really.

My nephew is having his B'day there Saturday. I am from Danbury & not familiar with the subway, would like to drive down; is there parking ?

There is on the Street on Sunday. Otherwise a garage is located on Reade St.. which runs west. Located between Greenwich St which runs downtown and Hudson St which runs uptown.
