The gate is coded with a personal number, so I doubt that you would get the necessary traffic to conduct a garage sale ... I am pretty sure a garage sale would compromise the other tenants sense of security if the facility allowed it
No, we do not allow garage sales to be conducted out of units here. If you're looking to sell items, you may want to rent a table at a local flea market or swap meet.
