Not only is this CubeSmart a great location, but the Management/Owners keep it very clean and safe. Recently, I could smell cigarette smoke in my building. They went straight to the video cameras, and the culprit was warned within the hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this particular CubeSmart. They are fantastic.

I used this storage twice and I believe her name is Ali, did a wonderful job of helping me understand storage. They are on top of this property and astute to when people are doing wrong. I recommend if this location is convenient to go ahead and use it, knowing your stuff is safe.

The gate is coded with a personal number, so I doubt that you would get the necessary traffic to conduct a garage sale ... I am pretty sure a garage sale would compromise the other tenants sense of security if the facility allowed it
In my experience about a studio apartment or one bedroom with minimal furniture can fit into a 5x10 cube.
