I recently moved out the state of NY, had to leave in an emergency and i was told i could fax a letter to close my benefits. I did it over a month ago and my case is still active. Haven't received anything in the mail and I am confused on what to do

Call your center where your case was opened and try to speak to someone and a supervisor so they can close your case
