You can look up your zone center and show the proof of address change. The should be able to handle it there. Advisory: patients is a virtue at these places.
To change your SNAP ONLY CASE information, addresses etcetera, if you are scheduled for your recertification within a month, report the change then. Or and if not download the AccessHRA app, or go to the website. Create an account. There you can submit Changes, upload documents, check case status and many other things!
