My wife has beautiful poetry but has severe stage fright. How can you help her get over it in here?

I think it's a great place for a 1st time poets. The poets and audience are very supportive and congratulatory. Also make sure to have a good amount of your friends and family to help reduce the anxiety with familiar faces

If possible, see if they can lower the lights, or turn off the lights enough where she doesn't see the audience. They are very understanding
