Would like to buy tickets for Moulin Rouge in October but want to know 2 things:
1. Will seating be spaced so you don't sit next to someone because of covid.
2. Should covid shut down broadway again, would I get my money back?

Seating is not spaced out and should the show be canceled, you will get a refund.
I called the number listed for the Hirschfeld theater but it cut me off as soon as it picked up. Anybody have some other number?

Who did you purchase the tickets through? Ticketmaster? Telecharge? Thats who you should call.
I think it depends on where you purchase your tickets. Unless they offer some sort of credit, so that you can go on a different day. My suggestion is to contact the theater directly to see how they can help.
You can buy tix directly at the office. However, don't wait for shows like Moulin Rouge. They are sold out by the time of the show. You CAN buy tickets at the box office in advance, and certainly there are tickets available for future shows, but that varies alot.
If you insured them at the time of booking then yes. If not, definitely call the box office because lots of people turn up to buy on the day so they may be able to sell them on for you. Good luck 👍
Yes he does, only time he wouldnt be there is if he got hurt or hes taking vacation. If you got pretty cheap seats and days around the day you got are around the same price someone (main cast) is not going to be there.
Mostly lots that would charge you probably around thirty $35 for the night. You can go online and look for parking close to the theater and maybe get a coupon or discount. Or you can go way over to the west side and try and find a parking spot on the street
You can if you keep it in your bag - I wouldn't expect to be able to use it in any way while you're in the theater. It's call ahead just to double-check
The box office is the best place to get tickets. Ticketmaster charges alot of fees. If you want to wait and hope for tickets the day of the show then Times Square ticket booth is the answer.
Who can I contact about my seats in the theatre? When I purchased the tickets it did not state it’s obstructed view. I even took a picture.

It depends.
If you bought it at the theater then you can go to the box office.
Otherwise you will have to contact the people from whom you bought your tickets (Ticketmaster, etc) .
can I purchase semi disabled tickets if I use a cane and am permanantly disabled

Yes, accessible tickets are available for sale to those with accessible needs and their companions, at the box office, online at Ticketmaster.com, or over the phone at (800) 745-3000.
Wheelchair-accessible seating is on the Orchestra level of the theatre for all performances for patrons who use wheelchairs and their companions. There are stairs to access seating on other levels of the theatre.
Hi Elena! We cannot scan digital tickets at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre. However, if you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster.com and have your order number and ID, we can re-print them at the box office. If you purchased from any other site and have an image of the tickets, we may still be able to assist you.
Is Mark Ballas performing on Saturday Octover 20th at 2pm?

Hi Melanie! Mark Ballas is scheduled to perform on Saturday, October 20th, but due to the nature of live theatre, we are unable to guarantee the appearance of any particular actor for a specific performance.
I attended an ESTATE SALE where I purchased 4 sketch pads full of drawings from artist! After I paid for the items, 2of the ladies doing the sale told me,"The man who's drawings you bought, have been placed in the Metropolitan Museum of Fine arts.
Very rarely would they cancel a show due to weather. It would need to be something much bigger than is expected.
That being said, it is always a good idea to call ahead.
