beautiful theater facilities, comfy seats, fabulous view of stage from every seat and wonderful shows. we saw Come From Away this time, other shows previously — this theater does not disappoint. 5 stars

I’m not sure if this is the theater’s fault or design, but there was a taller person sitting in front of us and I had to constantly shift my position to see the stage (seats: around M22). Would be nice if the theater had better design to account for this happening.

Come From Away was fabulous! See it before it closes!

I came to see Come From Away, and had a great time! The staff was efficient and friendly getting us into the theater, the seats were comfortable, and my view of the stage was excellent! The acoustics made it real easy to hear the music and lyrics as well!

What they said. Tickets shouldnt be too crazy. It's a great show!
Hi George! You can always check out a productions dedicated show page on Telecharge.com to find out how long a show is. Come From Away is about 100 minutes with no intermission. Kind Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
You should plan to be there at least 10 minutes or so before your show starts so you could make it to your seats. If you want to buy drinks or merchandise, would recommend about 30 minutes before
Hi Dianne, The theatre will open approximately one hour prior to curtain time. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to be screened by security, and to have extra time to get to settled in the theatre before the show begins. We hope this information is helpful. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know. We look forward to welcoming you to the Schoenfeld Theatre to see Come From Away. Kindest Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
Hi Patrick, If you visit the Schoenfeld Theatre and buy tickets directly at the box office There are no service fees as you would incur if you purchased tickets online. The only fee that is across the board at all Broadway theatres is a $2 fee that is applied towards the upkeep of all of our historic venues. We hope you find this information helpful Kindest Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
Parking is a little difficult if you drive come early or a day in advance when there's no traffic I came a day in advance and got a room I found parking across from my hotel
Hi Kim, If you want to purchase tickets from the box office, you must go there in person. Best, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator
Yes. Smaller theater so not bad at all.
Sorry, no idea where will call is located... enjoy wonderful show.
Yes, you can resell on your own. Ticketmaster or StubHub can post them too.
I am not sure, call the theater just to make sure.
Look for icon parking. Google it. You get good discounts
I believe so. I think there are ramps on the right side of the theater.
Hi Amalia Yes, the box office is open between 10 AM and 8 PM. Best, Theatre Operations
If the show isn't sold out, yes
You will need to call the box office and check.
Sorry I don't have a answer for that but I think u would have better luck in times square area
Yes there is. Lower level near the mens room
Not sure but maybe by calling the theater?
If you have mobility issues, call or check ahead if you are planning on rear seating on the main floor. The seating map provided does not identify seats that back right up onto low walls. That said, staff are fantastic and very helpful.
About 8:45 pm
Hello Karen: I hope this message finds you well. The theatre is accessible via wheelchair. Best, Brian Theatre Operations
Allow 2 hours from arriving early and getting out...no intermission either, so make sure your bathroom stop is on the way in to your seats. Great show.
Hello, Maria: The theatre does have personal induction loops for patrons needing the accommodation. You can find them at the Audience Services Booth located in the back of the auditorium. Best, Brian Theatre Operations
Best practice is twenty minutes before curtain.
It is at 3pm, unless it is a 2 show Sunday. Then, it is at 2pm.
You can buy on your credit card and they will hold it for you at the box office you need to show the card you bought it with. Its straightforward i have done it several times
It is also usually cooler in the theatre, so you may wish to bring a light jacket
The seats at the outside aisles further back would be best to avoid. The stage is set with trees and the wider the aisle, the more your sightlibe of the stage may be blocked by a tree.
Why don't you call the theater?
I'm not 100% sure, but 10 am until 8 PM is my assumption.
Call them, they shoukd know.
There is NO elevator at the theatre. There is a handicap restroom in the theater lobby and handicap seats in the orchestra but you must purchase specific handicap seats.
Check the theater website for the exact hours. They're usually open by 10am
Yes, I would go with stubhub or a similar third party site, but do be careful for scams, make sure whatever you use is legit.
You have to purchase from Ticketmaster or Telecharge.
Not Sure, sorry..call the theater direct

There are a number of "Rush" tickets available on some days at the tbeater box office. I believe "Come From Away" limits these discounted tickets to students. You can inquire at the box office or at the sbow's official website. I do know the tickets are sold when the box office opens (10 a.m.) & go very quickly, when available.

There is an accessible restroom in the front lobby, and they do provide wheelchair spots at the back of the orchestra at all prices if you can buy them first. However, as with the majority of Broadway theaters, there is no elevator.
