The place is very big and bustling, so it's definitely intimidating, but if you know what you're looking for it shouldn't be too bad! Make sure you have a long enough time between flights, so you aren't running trying to make the connection. There is plenty to do in the airport if you are there for a while, but scheduing flights too close together is scary because you have to run around.

But it is a big place which may require you to hustle to catch another flight, especially if your first flight is delayed.
