I would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Very unprofessional establishment, the one female always has her kid/kids in office and can never get anything done.

These people say that you have comprehensive coverage Right??? So I called to see if windshields we're covered and they say you have to pay a 500.00 dollar deductible, so when I asked them to if the windshield cost ONLY 300.00 to get fixed what happens to the 200.00 dollars that's left, they couldn't answer me and I mean I asked several persons that work there OKAY!!!!!!! I said to them, y'all just going to put the rest in your pockets? One person hung up on Me and the others just said basically!!!!!??? Really Gieco????? So y'all ripping us off????? I'm trying to find someone else Now!!!!!! Very SAD GEICO Well all of you guys have a different situation than I did!!!!! Ask them about windshields!!!!!
