Why is it, that a lot of these Physicians/Private Practices here in GA, are "Not" accepting this insurance and if you do find an acting Physician, the "Bedside-Manor, can be "Unprofessional" at times while living here in GA. THIS IS "HORRIBLE!"

According to Medicare.gov, “medically necessary” is defined as “health-care services or supplies needed to prevent, diagnose, or treat an illness, injury, condition, disease, or its symptoms and that meet accepted standards of medicine.”Sep 16, 2018
That's not true..I work for pshp and we do cover braces for members under the age 21
The dentist must send over a prior authorization for approval. It must show its medically necessary

You would go to DFACS to apply for Medicaid first and they will tell you if your approved for Medicaid are not.

They should have gave a list to you. But try to call them their list is not up to date sometimes WellCare would have been a better one to try.
