The young lady who answers the phone at the ROAM OR THE SMILE STORE front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! I was speaking into the phone and she kept saying i can't hear you,, my phone was turned ALL THE WAY UP! I started talking louder and she kept saying, i can't hear you. I had got to the point to where I KNEW she could hear me and i said... YOU CAN'T HEAR ME???!!!! She was just being smart..she kept going back n forth with me and telling me i didn't have an appt.. and i told her i made it online and she kept saying i had the wrong number and location. I told her it was made for Peachtree street.. which is the SAME location! I wanted to speak to someone else because she was EXTREMELY RUDE! She said there was no one else,, and i know there was..i know she wasn't there alone! But the manager needs to warn her that she CAN NOT speak to customers on the phone the way she spoke to me! She was rude from the first start of the conversation! This is going to be my first time going into this establishment, and to call into this location and literally get into a back n forth argument with an employee is NOT acceptable!!!!!!!!! She said this is the first time someone has ever called her rude...i told her this may be the first time someone has ever said it to you, and the first time you've ever spoken to someone like you've spoken to me! I'm definitely speaking to a supervisor or mgr. About her behavior over the phone. I'm a grown woman.. these young folks need to learn respect and learn how to talk to ppl,, and she DOES NOT HAVE IT! I can't believe how rude and disrespectful she was to a brand new patient! So unacceptable! I visited the smile store and Craig was GREAT! I loved his personality and the way he cared! It was a pleasure meeting him and him scanning my teeth. He made my day brighter! Lovely spirit!
