Visited for the first time last week while the Cabbagetown location was under a brief reno for the 24/7 conversion, and it was just as comfortable and well-designed as the other Switchyards locations I've been to. The Clubguide did a great job of setting me up to know where to enter and where to park, and I love the meeting rooms! Didn't have a need for them yet, but the option being available is amazing. I only really have two areas for improvement on this space: first, I loved the West Cape Chai tea that was available at Cabbagetown, and would love to see that available here as well. Second, and this actually extends to the now-bookable phone booths in other locations too, but I suspect having the small screens that display upcoming reservations for a room/booth would be super helpful. Especially for the booths that used to be first-come-first-serve, knowing "this one is actually free" and being able to hop in when I get a call would be so helpful. Plus I'd hate to have to interrupt someone who didn't realize the booth/room was booked if it was occupied when my reservation time comes.

I didn't have a great customer service experience when inquiring about the space. Instead of answering my questions, I was instead told the space "wasn't a good fit for me". I'd love to have decided that myself by getting answers to my questions, or if they'd offered a day-pass. It could be helpful for Switchyards to get a customer service specialist instead of having the C-Suite manage customer relations. I've been an avid remote worker for years and most spaces are usually warm and inviting! I didn't get that at all from this interaction. Looks cute tho.

Membership workspace at this location has closed permanently. The building has re-opened as an events venue.

Was there for an event and went up to get a bottle of water - $5 for a small bottle of water. Can't imagine what they charge for a real drink. Also does not accept cash. Never going back there again thank God

Use public (pay) spaces on nearby streets. There are also nearby parking garages on Carnegie Way. NOTE: Switchyards is no longer a shared workspace. It is now an events venue.
Hey Doug, we do things a bit different here. Our All-City membership is $50/month and gives you access to all of our locations. We do not have dedicated meeting rooms. Our Downtown Club is designed for organizations that are re-thinking how they work. Rooms and full floors in the 19,000 square foot building are available.
