That's a good question! My wife and I met President Clinton at the Knoxville Airport in Alcoa Tennessee! So they do fly into civilian airports periodically

I guess they prefer use a military airport instead a commercial one...Based on that they shouldn't use HJ very often. So answering directly your question I don't know for sure, sorry.
