I will be flying in with spirit. How close is the exit for someone to pick me up?

I'm not sure, but I do think it's rather close. Right next to baggage claim.

It depends on what terminal your flight leaves you at. Each terminal is quite far apart and each wing (two per terminal) is quite long but there is a good train system connecting each terminal that takes about 1 minute between each stop.

I lost 10 lbs just walking between concourses A and B

I'm not sure but expect a long way..we flew delta and had about a 45 min walk
