No they are actively giving away facemask at the entrance to the security checkpoint
They handed out face masks to those who didn't have one. They also made sure you were practicing social distances. On the plane, they announced that the mask must stay on at all times. The middle seat was kept empty. I really appreciate all the effort they enforced in keeping everyone safe.

I was there on Thursday with my son, he got onto Alaska Airlines and they had disposable masks to handout because they wanted people to wear them on the flight. We walked in with masks but didn't see signs and didn't hear announcements
I would just wear the mask.. they even have attendants handing out free ones if you forgot yours/or just need another. Airports to me are like hospitals.. they try to keep it as sanitary as possible but I mean come on....

I was just there on Wed. There were people without masks. And ...I wear one ...at times, when away from others I may take it off. I did wnen "safe". I did not hear any warnings nor see any signs. On the Augusta flight to Atlanta, no warnings on that flight (Delta). But Delta, Atlanta to Austin they announced the need for masks.
Some Airports don't have any fees on taking off the mask and majorities can fine you up to $3
