I wasn't aware of a shuttle. We went to all the parks by car. There is public transport near by though. I think if you check with the resort they will happily answer all you questions..
It's easy to drive and parking is $20 for the day at all the resorts

No shuddle service. Even the motels that advertise free shuddle only operate a couple times a day. Check the schedule for shuddles. They never were of any benefit to us.
