I don't think there is an age limit. But it is a spa so and unless the kids are WELL behaved it is problem not the best place for them. People go there to relax and often kids can be stressful in an environment like that.
I went and took my kid with me; however I wouldn't recommend bringing children UNLESS they are well behaved. I went to relax, but I found myself reminding my child not to be loud or run around. So if you truly want to relax...leave kids at home.
