Yes! Korean spas are meant to be family friendly. There is a kid's pool with lower temperatures connected to the bade pool and I've seen kids bring plastic toys to play with there. She would like the main area out near the saunas as well. The biggest issue is knowing your grandchild. Can she see other nude women and be respectful? Can she keep her volume at a reasonable level? If the answer is yes then I think she will enjoy it. I took my own children when they were very young and they did great. There is wifi, so I would encourage you to bring a tablet for entertainment at some point, as the biggest challenge for me was the kids getting bored. We did use the playroom but it got kind of hot so it wasn't ideal.
You can, but I wouldn't. The temp in most of the saunas and baths are too hot for a 2 year old.
Wouldn't entirely advise it as the pools are deep and some temperatures are too extreme for children. They do, however, have a kids play area.
