I recently went through the whole process of applying for my parents and getting it approved and finally moving them in. I have called so many senior living apartments past couple years and almost all the times it is somebody rude who doesn’t have time to deal with your parents or their questions. Amongst all this stress Nhu-y was a blessing.. She answered every question patiently guided us through the whole process made the whole process seamless and finished up the whole process within 10 days. We were really blessed to have her. I feel very comfortable that my parents are going to live in a place under her kind passionate management.
