Persistent issues with animal control. We've had squirrels living in our ceilings for months with no help from the office or maintenence team. Every morning from 6-9am they can be heard running back and forth and eating into the ceilings. Rent continues to go up, they installed a smart home system (no option to opt in or out) that doesn't work over half the time and has caused power bills to double. Search elsewhere in Centreville if you can!
