I saw some Spa World policy posters in the photos. One said they film everything. Do they have cameras in the locker rooms and pool area, or are the cameras just in the common areas?

There are no institution cameras in the locker rooms and nothing (including camera phones) allowed in the bade pool. They are prohibited
