Ate you sure it's not a switching power supply? There is a switch in the back that allows it to go from 230 to 110. Most computers have them. Just look!

You would have to call them to figure out, probably, but my guess is depending on how good of a power supply you need, about 70 bucks and 10minutes of time to plug stuff in, so maybe another 20 bucks?
