Went to Vision Essentials for new glasses. The optician didn't seem interested in helping. She never even mentioned any treatments that I could add to the lenses. She also never offered me the protection plan. I have tried to purchase it after, but according to their policy I had to buy it the day I purchased the glasses. Had she offered I would have. Sent my name and phone number, but no one has contacted me about this issue

Dr. Kathrine McCabe Ophthalmology in Fair Oaks Kaiser Julie and the entire staff are amazing people not only the welcoming comforting atmosphere that they provided Dr. Katherine diagnoses was very accurate and immediately called and arranged with Dr. Kim Jiramongkolchai in Springfield who accepted on a very short notice to take me in. Words can’t thank them enough.

If you are a Kaiser member, first you need to make an appointment, then once you are scheduled, then you can go to the lab and do the test on the scheduled date and time. Can't just go there to pick one up for yourself. Hope it helps.

I've been a member for over a year now. All the doctors and staff have been friendly and professional. Although I have seen some instances where things didn't go as well as planned or could have. Yet, that's life in general.
