Bring the receipt and if you paid with a card the card they had no issues returning a alienware laptop I had for almost the max allowed time

Yes, you can return it. They have an excellent customer service dept. They will only ask you if something ir wrong with the product. You will not have any problems at all to return an unopenen item (unless it is a software or a game, etc., which can be in that case returned if it is defective).
