Yes you can.Is your country passport unless you screwed up by filing US citizenship before asking permission.(yeh,we are still much property of South Africa we still have to ask,hope Cyril do something with stupid rule😂)

Yes you can... You need to call them for accurate information... and they will ask you to send your proof of self address on a 9 x 12 plus a return envelope and $33 money order to request a DHA-9 form, the other forms you can print them yourself through their website.
