Can not talk to a representative about my claim havent received any mail and do not have a pin how do I claim weekly if you can't without a pin and unable to talk to anyone no one anseers

I'm having the same issue, they've sent my monetary eligibility letter, but not my pin #, & I can't file weekly claim without the pin #

I am having same issue cant reach the customer contact center to verify my mailing address without my pin and I dont have my pin. Not even sure if my initial claim went through. No mail

I have been waiting since January 2020 I have emailed and no reaponse....response.... pin no nothing!

What else do I do after I verified my identity from ID
