The ceiling and walls leak water. There are lizards, snails, snakes, posinous spiders, overflowing patios from years of piling mulch unnecessarily, foxes, rats, roaches, moths coming from the vents, as well as, bed bugs, mentally ill people roaming the halls and elevators 24/7. Neighbors throwing trash in front of your apartment door for no reason, dogs defication left unattended for wildlife too consume. I may be elderly but this River Run Senior Community Living is unacceptable. The kitchen utensils are over 20 years in most units. Some tenants have been living in this environment over 20 years and if you don't fit the gossip circle it can be...👎

READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! Dogs are expected not to bark, ever, for any reason. I mean LITERALLY DOGS CAN NOT BARK AT ALL OR ITS LEASE VIOLATION. Harassment from management! Constant emails about everything you can think of. Harassment by other tenants that Management does ZERO about. No noise after 6 PM. no wait... no noise ever, like not even the TV can be on....... There is a zero tolerance for any noise at all at any time. Don't live here! They don't return your deposit... oh the JOY. I lived there 4 months and they kept a 2400 deposit and then asked for 900 more. WOW

Yes. This is a fantastic apartment community for Seniors.
There is not a washer/dryer in the apartments, but there is a laundry center fully-equipped with the latest and greatest washer and dryer machines, folding tables, and other amenities for residents conveniently located in a central area within the apartment community for residents to use.
Please contact our leasing office to inquire about apartment availability. We offer one and two bedroom apartments and have an awesome waiting list program in the event a particular floor plan is not immediately available.
