I would call and make sure. It was paved a good bit thru there. And also the staff would drive around on golf carts, so i am sure they will accommodate
Unfortunately I am a camper like yourself, and I don't know what accommodations the KOA will make to assist a person with a disability. I would call them directly and speak to one of the staff.
