Yes u will need visa for Liberia if and only if u have American passport. If u do have both American and Liberian passports and they both re current u can travel to Liberia with your Liberian passport which will not need visa but returning to the states u will present ur American passport to the immigration in Liberia to be stamp with Seen on departure. Upon returning to the states u will not have to use ur Liberian passport.
