She is just rude! Maybe can't answer at that moment but should be able to return a call at some point or when she misses a hearing for a client
I have been with them for 2 years and Keira Treyvus never responded to my second appeal, I email, and call and get no answers as to what is going on with my case. I am now getting mail from SS asking for the same info that was giving to them 2 years ago. This is not OK!! They should be held liable for droping the ball on appeals, hearings and so on. I now have no other choice but to get other leagle councle. I now sent and Email requesting a Withdrawl Form to be sent to Social Security and to myself. I need to work with a firm that has the ability to answer apples,show up for hearings,and,not shut me out. A firm that has more then one client. T&K are unprofessional attorney's, and for each one person that states that they helped them and they are great, their are 20 to that 1 person stating they failed them or are failing them like they are with me. I want out and, Want my Withdrawl form sent to SS and Me TODAY! Bottom Line, The WORST
The attorneys have a lot of responsibilities, including working on cases, and attending court appearances and hearings. Every client's case is being worked up and receiving the attention it deserves. However, because of schedules, deadlines, and work requirements, the attorneys cannot not always answer their direct lines or cell phones personally. However, our legal assistants are available to speak with you if you need prompt assistance.
