My husband and I spent some time looking at different solar companies and decided to contact Venture based on their reviews. We had Dan come out and give us plenty of information on how it all works and it was really our interaction with him that solidified our plans to use Venture. We were advised it would take a few weeks to get things designed, approved and installed, however they were super informative throughout the process and made sure we were aware of every step. The installation was fast and done properly, I was worried about our roof and possible leaks but it’s been raining for a week now and everything looks good. Once things were up, we were lucky that everything moved pretty fast (town inspections, grid approval/connection, etc) and now our system is finally running :). Their customer service is great and they are constantly checking in to see if everything is good, so we’re definitely happy customers and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

Had concerned with my energy bill, but talked with dentist and confirmed the system was working fine. He also said someone would contact me to make sure it was all working up to speed. Ryan did call a few hours later and wLked me through it all. Very helpful, very please with the service I received. Promptly and curious, highly recomended!!!
