Horrible customer service. My family and I are new to this place so we walk in and every employee just stares at us for a couple seconds then finally decide to help. They were very rude and not very helpful.

Went in, stood there like an idiot for 3 minutes without anyone greeting or addressing me in anyway so I walked out. It was slow inside, and several employees saw me.

I go to Bubba’s 33 on Burger Monday’s. Best $7 burger and coldest beer I love IPAs) I know of in Albuquerque. Servers are efficient and knowledgeable and the place is well run

Visited Saturday for the first time, excellent pizza. Server very good, and manager came by to visit. Sorry others had a bad experience, ours was 5 stars.

When it 1st opend it was good now its going to hell my last option I avoid going there

They're such a low end place

Talk to the main manager about it, she is trying to get the front end to step it up. But I know what you mean, they look like "does lost in headlights"

The service is so good and the food is excellent.

Not sure what sets this place apart from any other run of the mill place, not the food, or the service.
