My unemployment claim was approved weeks ago but still have yet to receive a payment. And no one will contact me what do I do now?? The office is closed to the public.

I received letter said benefits allowed. But haven't received a payment. I also done direct deposit. On my walmart green dot card but I check on my account it says debit card. How do I find out when my payment and how I will receive my payment .

My son was approved and is still waiting now over three months. COVID 19 hit just as he got a job and they shut the job down before he could start and he was extended. They owe him a good chunk but no one to talk to and they don't return calls.
