I was unable to use my phone to apply for unemployment. I had to go up to the dept. Of labor and get help. I had a wonderful kind lady help me every step of the way. I was so upset due to my circumstances. She was so sweet and understanding. I had to go back up there a couple more times. I did find myself always wanting to see her again when I would go but unfortunately I did not. Regardless of that. The other workers were attentative and assisted me with any questions I had.

I’ve never dealt with anything more frustrating in my life. You seriously have a higher chance of winning a million-dollar lottery ticket every day of the week than hearing back from these people. Zero communication when it comes to unemployment issues. Calls, emails, faxes, voicemail messages are never responded to.

I got accepted to receive benefits about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Got the paper stating what I'd be getting each week and everything. I have yet to recieve anything! I'm a single parent of 3 smaller children and Bill's past due. I have called and left voicemails 6 times in the last 2 weeks. Different numbers I've found, local and state. Not a single call back. I've emailed, nothing. What is going on with this? Yall cut off the extra each week but nobody is even receiving the regular amount! This is unreal and a real problem. This is effecting a lot of people! And nobody seems to care?!?!
