My scheduled payment didn't go thru because of their website maintenance, customer services refused to remove the THIRTY DOLLAR late fee because of THEIR system. The lady had a attitude and refused to be understanding and remove the additional 30 dollar charge. As soon as another company pops up to serve blackshear, this company will go to dust.

TOLD I was to pay 70 dollars to start up service and my container would be here the next following week. Going on two weeks without a container just to hear I have to pay an extra 50 bucks. Poor customer service and no solution on how I got a date but still owed.

These jokers decided to compact the trash truck and squeeze 50 or more gallons of disgusting trash juice across the entire 100 ft section directly in front of my home in Waycross Ga. I called and pleaded with them to no end. There customer service is horrible and non responsive. I was promise a call back from a supervisor within 48 hrs and 2 weeks later still have not heard a peep. Do not use their services or you'll more than likely regret it like I did. A pox on their heads I say.........
