The people in the back who make the burgers font know how to read the screen an the other reason is the person who taking the order is putting your order in worng an the third reason they don't understand way your telling them
They did that to me, too. But I do estimate that once they're done remodeling, they'll hire staff that speak English.
Because that's the worst Mc Donald's to get food at the service is crappy and the manager doesn't care this location is out of control!
