It’s a 5 star when the girls are working because they know what they are doing and are always so nice but those guys that work there aren’t very good my fries are soggy they don’t season very good something is just always wrong. Not a fan anymore.

Honestly the fries are good but I always have to check who’s working that day. The place is usually dirty and fries are on the ground and counters. I was there this past Saturday and the kids working there had their masks down. One of them was sweeping and eating fries at the same time. The girl who was getting the orders ready only had one glove on and her mask was on her chin. This is not the first time I see people who work at this place do things like this so this time I took pictures. At this point I feel like reporting it to the health department.

We were standing in line for a while and the employee proceeded to turn the lights off and go to the back without it even being 7 yet and not even acknowledging us at all and after asking her if she was closed already she started telling us that the line was not where we were standing at in a rude way and starting pointing at as and raising her voice, arguing with my mom and proceeded to just turn around and ignore us. She could’ve just said “sorry i’m closed already “ or at least acknowledged us instead of trying to argue back. Really bad customer service.
