How could it be any worse than an absolutely cold cheeseburger at 5:30 pm on a Friday night? Make that a burned bun please. I've never eaten such trash from any McDonald's in my rather long life. Just say no to this garbage.

This McDonald's is a very clean lobby and bathrooms. They have good burgers, shakes, french fries and McFlurry. They get the food out to you really fast at the drive-through and the dining in. I'll go to this McDonald's again.

Staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Tried calling, they answered the first time, said hello, then took the phone off the hook. I called three other separate times, all going straight to voicemail. I went in, because I was incorrectly charged. Spoke with Paula, extremely rude and didn’t listen to what I had to say. She said I could return and speak with a DM, but refused to give me a phone number or point of contact. Told me I can call the store, which is a joke because the phone is off the hook. I’d recommend going literally any other McDonald’s in the city if you don’t want to be overcharged and then treated like it’s your fault.

I waited in the drive threw line for 15 minutes total. When i got to the window after paying i could see my bag sitting on the counter while two employee's messed with the ice cream machine and by "two" i mean one was just watching. After 10 minutes of watching this happen the girl fixing the machine opens the window and says, idk where everyone is but here is your food.... I said im not excepting cold food ive been waiting here while it sat on the counter. She closed the window and another lady came to the window and with attitude said, were closed and the food is made fresh thats why it took so long.. I then told her, ive been waiting while it sat.. Its now cold.. Well i drove away as she yelled profanity threw the window.. I get back to work and start eating my cold food, as im at work and ran out of time. One thing i ordered with my food was a strawberry cream pie. I open it and surprise surprise it was eaten off of from both ends!! Never will i go back to this location.
