I ordered through the drive thru on 7/14. We had a pretty large order and when they handed us our bag we asked if it was all and the cashier assured it was there with a awful attitude. Customer service was awful. We were missing two burritos and most of our stuff had little filling. We spent 45 dollars and I feel like we were not given the appropriate service. We tried to call twice, with no answer both times. If I could get incontact with a manger that would be great!

The drive thru cashier was hard to communicate with, there was a very noisy vehicle behind me and I couldn’t hear what the cashier was saying and I tried to get them to speak up but ended up having to have a substitution on my order be what he picked for me as I couldn’t hear my options. As I received my food I was sincere in thanking the attendant for my order and since I wasn’t acknowledged I thought maybe they couldn’t hear me so I repeated (with sincerity) that I appreciated them getting my order to me. At that time instead of acknowledging me or asking me what I had said the window got closed, firmly ending our interaction. Uuuuummmm YOU’RE WELCOME :/ ??? Guess it doesn’t make the training any more to make sure the guest is satisfied or to be courteous? Wtvr hopefully the rest of my order is complete and has a couple napkins (cause folks seem to forget we need our utensils and general items we need to make the experience of eating take out what should be.

The food was okay and had flavor, although not so filling. Worst part that knocked this score down was that I used the kiosk to order and yet the cashier knew nothing about how to complete my order; she didn't even know WHAT my order was ! I've used the kiosks at 3 other establishments in 3 different states and never had to repeat my order. Poor training.

The Mexican taco pizza is back but I haven't tried it yet as when I went Taco Bell was out. The lady taking the order was very apologetic that they were out. I said no problem I'll get it tomorrow. Friendly crew plus my order was correct and good.
